The Soul Shakers

Peter C & the Soul Shakers launched their latest album Fate is the Hunter in August 2011 in Byron Bay and it has been receiving excellent airplay in the Northern Rivers region. The album is a mix of originals and covers featuring funky style blues sprinkled with a little bit of soul but when they start to play, the dance floor fills up.

The band regularly play in Byron Bay and surrounding areas, they are an infectious 6 piece band and have generated a staunch following. Band members include Londoner Peter Claydon on vocals and rhythm guitar, Victorians Geoff Wright on lead guitar/vocals and Ric Crothall on bass with New Yorker Mark Coffey on drums and Sir Cliff Richards music director, the talented Scotsman Alan Park on keys with ex-Moving Pictures band member, Andy Thompson on sax completing the line up.
