With her soulful blues styled vocals and groovy bass playing Belle Hendrik, one of Australia’s finest vocalists and musicians, fronts here new band The Rogue Gene.
Partnered with Hugh Milan, guitarist, singer songwriter and multi instrumentalist this combination of indie and soul give The Rogue Gene their unique sound. Belle hails from a small country town in New Zealand and met Hugh when living in Sydney where she formed 2 of the most successful soul bands, Soul Kitchen and The Honeybees.
The have travelled the world and lived in the UK and Asia performing and perfecting their style while living the dream of travelling and accumulating experiences that shine though in their music. This year sees them take to the streets of the USA before returning to appear at the Mullum Music Festival in November.
