Anna Coddington firmly established herself as an artist of note in New Zealand with the release this year of sophomore album Cat & Bird. Described by critics as “a balanced set of exceptional indie pop”, and “captivating, creative, thoughtful, harmonious and sophisticated”, it combines guitar-driven indie songs with elements of acoustic balladry, for a unique and bolshie take on accessible pop.

Hailing from the small NZ surf town of Raglan, Anna has established a reputation as one of NZ’s true songwriters and performers through touring, working with NZ’s music royalty (Bic Runga, Anika Moa, Fly My Pretties) and appearing at prominent music and arts festivals. She was recently named as a Top 20 finalist for the prestigious APRA Silver Scroll Award, and now sets her sights further afield.
