SARA TINDLEY

Sat | St Martin's Hall | 4.30pm

“Lyrically, Tindley shows shades of Paul Kelly & Tim Rogers while sticking to a Lucinda Williams-esque sound ...compulsory listening for all supporters of Australian roots music” – Dan Condon Time Off

Mullum Festival regular, Tindley returns this year with a fearless new album, ‘Wild and Unknown’ on which she performed with Michael Turner (The Drift, Spikey) the album was produced by Nick Didia (Bruce Springsteen, Powderfinger,) at La Cueva.

In 2006 Sara teamed up with country music luminary Bill Chambers, who produced Lucky The Sun and imparted precious road wisdom. This album built on the success of her debut "Five Days" which garnered a huge ABC radio following. Her songs feature in film and television.
There’s a quality to Sara's songs that sit with you long after you first listen to them, her wry insight and compelling command is truly unique.
